All MSA members are reminded that your membership extends from the first of January 2006 to the 31st December 2006 when renewals will be due. At present membership cards are being designed with the finished product ready soon. At this stage we intend to distribute the cards via yacht clubs and we shall inform everyone of how you obtain your card as soon as possible.

The Traveller's Series is off to a good start with the first leg incorporated in the Lidgett Cup at Davies Bay. The second leg will be sailed at Beaumaris Yacht Club this Sunday the 9th April with the registration at a civilized 10:30am with 2 back to back races commencing at 1:30 pm. Beaumaris looks like being great fun with even the slightest southerly bringing up some fun waves for the sailors and the famous Ricketts Point Teahouse only a short walk from the Yacht Club. The cultured MSA members can savour the works featured on the Art Trail, the environmentalists can wander amongst the protected flora and fauna that abounds in the Marine Park, and the rest can watch the sailing and perhaps enjoy lunch at the Cafe.
